Home construction is scrutinized by inspectors who use uniform building codes.
Many code counties, however, exempt pole barns and post frame construction for agriculture purposes.
The lack of a uniform code and inspections may result in:
1. Bids on pole barns, garages, storage buildings, and agriculture buildings vary greatly.
2. Even post frame bids for the same size pole barn may use different material.
